FLAME device completes its first plasma discharge.

The assembly and debugging of two sets of plasma guns and control electrodes have been completed
The plasma gun generates initial plasma through arc discharge at both ends of the FLAME device, while the coaxial electrode controls the plasma through a bias voltage. The new design integrates the plasma gun and the control electrode, and achieves independent axial movement.

Oct.
The magnetic field power supply system for the FLAME device has been installed and started to be debugged
Installation of the 100MW-class pulsed magnetic field power system completed. The system, designed for hundreds of MJ of storage, provides power to the 30 coils of the FLAME device.
